- Mental Health and Wellness of children, youth, families, and the society in the public and private sector.
- Provide training and support to young people with mental health challenges. This includes working with children in early childhood, youth, and families.

Mpilo Health and Wellness has developed a policy specifying the guidelines and criteria regarding appropriate opportunities for advertising and commercial activities by our organization.
HEALTH AND SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENTAL OPERATING POLICIES
Mpilo Health and Wellness provides and maintain all equipment that is necessary to perform work and all systems according to which work must be done, in a condition that will not affect the health and safety of employees.
To ensure that these duties are compiled with, we:
- Ensure that contingency officers are equipped with the first aid kit that would be accessible to all employees in case of emergency.
- Provide potential hazards which may be present while work is being done, something is being produced, processed, used, stored or transported.
- Competence in mind. i.e. a list of what employees may and may not do, (e.g. not permit anyone to carry on with any task unless the necessary precautionary measures have been taken).
- Enforce the necessary control measures in the interest of health and safety,
- Ensure that Occupational Health and Safety precautionary measures are implemented and maintained.
- Take steps to ensure that every employee within his/her employment complies with the requirements of this policy.

One of the Directors conducted and completed a study that aims to develop management and care guidelines that can assist the Multi-Disciplinary Team in Child and Youth Care Centres when they have to work with mentally challenged young people.
